Although very successful we were quite disorganized! Imani has helped me stay focused and filter my thoughts. I do have a lot of great ideas, but it's about executing them properly and using my time efficiently by having proper systems and operations in place which the business was lacking. With all of our clients we like to have a minimum of one strategy call or check in call a month to ensure that we are all on the same page and aware of what needs to get done throughout the month.
