Strategy Sessions for Entrepreneurs & Small Business Owners

$250 USD FOR 1 HOUR 

If you find yourself unsure of what you truly need to move your business forward, this session is for YOU.

As a creative entrepreneur or small business owner, it's common to feel overwhelmed with the lack of systems in place, uncertainty about marketing , branding and confusion regarding essential tools for client onboarding, scheduling calls, accepting payments etc. Moreover, understanding the budget required for these tools, hiring a new team member and how to effectively integrate these tools in a way that feels good for YOU!

With Imani's extensive experience working with both solopreneurs and teams of up to 30 members, across service and product-based industries, she possesses a wealth of knowledge on effective strategies and systems that create results. Additionally, as a business mentor herself, Imani approaches your business not only holistically, but also from a strategic perspective.



You will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire to ensure a focused discussion tailored to your specific needs. The session will be recorded for your convenience, allowing you to revisit the insights and guidance provided.



We discuss the lack of systems in place, your current marketing , your branding, essential tools like client relationship management platforms, project management platforms and much more for client onboarding, scheduling calls, accepting payments, courses etc. Together we have a transparent conversation to understand your budget & how to effectively integrate these tools in a way that feels good for YOU! We also take into account your work and personal obligations when strategizing next steps in your business.



You will receive a comprehensive PDF summarizing the discussed strategies and outlining the recommended next steps.

At Imani DaCosta & Co., we prioritize the success and alignment of our clients. We carefully select clients to ensure an aligned partnership. Oftentimes, business owners may believe they require an Online Business Manager (OBM) or Virtual Assistant (VA) to boost revenue or improve marketing efforts. However, the underlying issue might lie in branding or the absence of mentorship. At Imani DaCosta & Co. we do not take on all clients for this reason , we do not put profit over your business needs. If it is clear during the session that you may benefit from other services, Imani will give you a list of referrals that may be a better fit if the agency cannot meet your business needs. If you decide to move forward with services within 30 days of your session the $150 session fee will be deducted from your first months invoice.

Our virtual assistant only service focuses solely on providing reliable and trustworthy virtual assistant support to assist with various administrative tasks , operational needs, customer support, data entry, scheduling, personal assistance and much more!

This is for the business owner that is already clear on the strategy needed to grow their business sustainably. We do not offer strategy with this service.

If you do not yet have standard operating procedures in place, are unsure what systems and tools to use and are not currently using a Client relationship management or Project Management System - we help you organize that. That will be an additional fee of $150 USD before starting services to ensure that delegation and tasks are clearly understood and organized for the quarter.


When you join our Virtual Assistant O.N.L.Y Program, you won't work directly with Imani DaCosta herself. Instead, you'll be assigned a dedicated agency coordinator who will oversee your project, ensuring a seamless experience with your virtual assistant. This structure allows us to provide consistent support and guidance while meeting your business's evolving requirements.
