STEP 2:
- Our consultation calls about 20-30 minutes and are designed to determine the best services for your unique business needs. This initial call allows us to connect, understand your requirements, and explore how we can support you and your business.
- Please note that this call is not a strategy session. This call is also not for aspiring OBM’s or VA’s that are interested in joining the monthly membership. If interested in joining the membership please join via the membership page.
STEP 3:
- Once you've submitted your inquiry form, our team will review it. We strive to provide a timely response, typically within 2-3 business days.
STEP 4:
- We believe in ensuring a strong alignment between our agency and your goals. To facilitate this, we'll arrange a consultation call to discuss your specific business needs. During this call, we'll determine which of our agency services will be the most beneficial for you. Additionally, we'll provide you with a customized monthly retainer rate that reflects your industry and business requirements. Following the call, we'll send you a detailed proposal outlining all the services included in your monthly rate.

The starting price for monthly retainers are $1000 USD /month for our OBM + VA services & $800 USD / Month for our Virtual Assistant Only services. We require a minimum 3 month contract. Your monthly rate depends on the amount of clients you have , the systems you have in place , the amount of time your services require and the days/ hours of availability you need. Please book a free consultation call or send an email for any more questions. Please note consultation calls are not strategy sessions. These calls are solely to see if we are a good fit and to see what agency services fit your business needs.
HOW MUCH IS THE INVESTMENT?
We use slack to communicate with all of our clients after the initial onboarding session.
HOW DOES THE AGENCY COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS?
Our Agency office hours are Monday , Wednesday & Friday 10:30 am-5:45 pm EST . Please inquire if you need support during our off days.
WHAT ARE THE AGENCY OFFICE HOURS?
YES , hiring an OBM and VA will help you get your time back and increase revenue over time. Please note: before clients begin to work with our agency we recommend working with a business mentor or a marketing professional. If you do not currently have incoming business revenue , please understand that your branding, marketing and overall business service / product plays a part in that. We do not recommed hiring an OBM or VA with the sole purpose of increasing revenue – that is a business mentor. The main purpose of an OBM and VA is to give you more time , flexibility, freedom and will allow you to run your business more efficiently.
I NEED MORE CLIENTS FOR MY BUSINESS , WILL HIRING AN OBM OR VA HELP INCREASE REVENUE?
No, you don’t need to hire full-time for either position. Remember the OBM’s & VA’s at Imani DaCosta & Co. are contractors for your business , not employees. We are responsible for our own taxes and health insurance.
DO I NEED TO HIRE AN ONLINE BUSINESS MANAGER OR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FULL TIME?

Please note: We do not offer engagement , social media management or services that require taking inbound calls or making outbound calls. We also do not work with any businesses that involve MLM - Multi - Level Marketing like business structures.
Although we do not offer social media management we have an amazing network of social media managers we will be happy to refer you to.
