Imani DaCosta is a health coach turned Agency owner along with many other titles. Born & Raised in New York City, her true gifts come from her ability to organize and strategize. She considers herself an organized mom because the systems and structures she's created for herself and her business allow her to truly thrive.

She created her business Imani DaCosta Wellness LLC in September 2021 initially to focus on improving the health of women. She has her Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Promotion, health coaching certifications and was in the process of getting her personal training certification when she decided to pivot.

Along the way she realized she had a different purpose in this journey… changing course has been the best decision she ever made and she hasn’t looked back since! In less than 2 years she scaled her business to an agency, hired 5 people , launched a podcast , guest coached in business programs and trained teams on operations for other online business owners.

She accomplished all of this while working less than 20 hours a week and raising a neurodivergent toddler and an infant in New York City. As the first entrepreneur in her family, she never thought she could create a sustainable online business that allowed her to live the life she desired. She knew that corporate America would not allow her the income , flexibility and time she needed for her children and herself - so she dived into entrepreneurship and never looked back. She’s grateful for her amazing team - the KEY to being able to expand her business and her amazing clients that continue to grow with her agency.

Today her business Imani DaCosta Wellness LLC has evolved into Imani DaCosta & Co. ( Co is for Community ) - A Boutique Online Business Management + Virtual Assistant Agency. Imani DaCosta & Co. is all about bridging the gap between wellness and entrepreneurship through strategy, mentorship and OBM + virtual assistant services.

Synergy Link is a multi-service supportive agency that prioritizes the needs of black and indigenous families. They support children, youth and adults who have emotional or behavioral challenges. Synergy Link provides pre- and post-natal support, peer mentorship, parent coaching and respite support.

Although very successful we were quite disorganized! Imani has helped me stay focused and filter my thoughts. I do have a lot of great ideas, but it's about executing them properly and using my time efficiently by having proper systems and operations in place which the business was lacking. Having Imani there to support takes a lot of the stress away! A lot of tasks that will take me days, sometimes even weeks, Imani is able to do it in a fraction of the time. I've seen her do tasks that’s taken me days to complete, be done in 10 minutes. I have a lot of my time back; her help allows me to stay in my creative. I’m able to get sleep now!
